Information only

Our pages are general information to help you compare robotic pool cleaners and skimmers. They are not professional advice. Check the maker’s manual and the retailer’s listing before you buy.

How our data works

We are a data lab: we compare published specs, manuals, named reviewers’ measurements, owner reviews and recall records. We don’t test units directly, and we don’t own the robots we write about. Figures that come from a manufacturer are labelled as maker claims. How we rate products is on Methodology.

Prices and availability

Prices, stock, specs and recall status change, sometimes daily. Each price on the site shows the retailer and the date we checked it. The retailer’s page at the time you buy is what counts.

Safety

Follow your robot’s manual and any regulator notice, including on charging batteries and swimming while a robot runs. Our pages don’t replace them.

Our current affiliate status is stated on how we make money. If that changes, we update that page.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate, but we don’t promise that every figure is complete, current or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on it. If you find an error, email us; fixes are logged on Corrections.
