What to write to us about

  • Data corrections. A wrong spec, price, recall detail or runtime. Tell us the page, the figure, and where the right figure is published.
  • Runtime measurements. If a named reviewer has published a timed runtime, send the model, the mode, the date and a link. We label a figure as measured [M] only when the source is named, published and dated, and the mode is stated. Owners’ own timings are welcome too; we treat them as owner reports, not as measurements, and they don’t change a Pool-Fit Score.
  • Press and brand inquiries. Questions about our data are welcome.

What happens next

We check every correction against the maker’s manual, the regulator or the retailer page. If we change a page, we log it on Corrections, with the old figure, the new one and the source. How we weigh sources is on Methodology.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t accept payment for coverage or a higher ranking.
  • Brands can’t pre-approve a page or ask us to remove accurate data.
  • We don’t publish a phone number or street address.

For how we handle links and commissions, see how we make money. For who we are, see About.
